This is also known as the “Time Bomb CLock” due to its plastic mainspring holder. Over time the plastic breaks down, breaking , causing the mainspring to unwind at a random moment. For this reason the clock is not for sale. Sigfried Haller history dates back for over 50 years and is one of the premier clock factory in Germany. The fabrication of mechanical clocks and movements has been Haller family tradition since 1874.
